What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?
The Free plan converts files up to 20MB without an account, supports batches of up to 3 files, and has no monthly server-conversion cap. Sign in to keep your 10 most recent Markdown results. Parsyra Pro raises the limit to 100MB per file, lets you convert up to 30 files in one batch, and keeps unlimited saved results.
What is included in Parsyra Pro?
Every Pro plan — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime — unlocks the same features: batches of up to 30 files, a 100MB maximum file size, unlimited saved Markdown results, unlimited conversions, and support for PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, HTML, CSV, TXT, JSON, XML, and public URL sources.
Should I choose Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime?
Monthly is best for short projects or trying Pro before committing. Yearly costs about $3.74/month billed annually and saves 24% versus paying monthly, so it suits regular users. Lifetime is a single one-time payment and the best long-term value — pay once and keep Pro with no recurring charge.
How does the Lifetime plan work?
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no subscription. After you buy it, your Pro access stays active permanently — there is nothing to renew and no recurring billing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay with major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Are my files still private on a paid plan?
Files are processed by our self-hosted Parsyra service on every plan. The source is written to temporary storage for conversion and deleted immediately afterward; we do not store source files or log their contents. High-accuracy OCR for scanned PDFs sends the source to the OCR service for temporary processing. If you choose Save result, only the generated Markdown is stored in your private workspace.
Do I need an account to use Parsyra?
No. You can convert files for free without an account. A free account lets you save, rename, favorite, and resume your 10 most recent Markdown results across devices. An account is required to purchase and restore Pro.
Do you offer a developer API?
A developer API for programmatic file-to-Markdown conversion is on our roadmap, and we prioritize it by demand. If your team needs an API, email support@parsyra.com with your use case and expected volume — early requesters get access first and help shape the design.
