• parsyra.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. The similarly named Parsyra library by Microsoft is a separate open-source project distributed under its own MIT License on GitHub.
• The website content, design, and branding of parsyra.com remain the property of parsyra.com.
• You may use the parsyra.com converter for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using parsyra.com:

• Unauthorized scraping or automated data collection from our website
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service

Privacy and Data Collection

parsyra.com collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
• Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service
• File Conversion: Files uploaded to the converter are sent through Cloudflare to our self-hosted Parsyra service, written to temporary storage, converted, and deleted immediately afterward. We do not store source files or log their contents. From-URL and high-accuracy OCR workflows may also transmit the data needed to fetch or recognize the content. High-accuracy OCR sends rendered document images to an AI Vision provider under that provider's applicable data terms.

Pricing and Payments

parsyra.com offers a free tier along with paid Parsyra Pro plans, available as monthly and yearly subscriptions or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.

• Payment processing: Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings; your Pro access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Lifetime plan: The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants Pro access with no recurring charges.
• Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you experience a billing problem, contact us at support@parsyra.com and we will do our best to help.
• Price changes: Prices are subject to change. Any change will not affect a term you have already paid for.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, parsyra.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification
